Terms and Conditions

Last updated: July 2026. These terms govern the use of this site and the purchase of BÄR products. By buying, you accept them.

1. Seller identification

BÄR Calisthenics, with address in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Contact: barcalisthenics.co@gmail.com.

2. Products and prices

Prices are shown in Argentine pesos (ARS) and include VAT. Photos are illustrative of real products; wood is a natural material and may show variations in grain and tone. We reserve the right to change prices and stock without prior notice; changes never affect purchases already confirmed.

3. Purchase and payment process

The purchase is completed once payment is confirmed. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (cards, bank transfer, and platforms like Mercado Pago). If a payment is declined or the data is inconsistent, we may cancel the order with a full refund of any amount charged.

4. Shipping and delivery

We ship nationwide through couriers and logistics operators. Delivery times shown are estimates and start counting once payment is confirmed. When you receive your order, check the package; if the packaging arrives damaged, note it with the carrier and email us within 48 hours.

5. Right of withdrawal (cooling-off period)

Under art. 34 of Law 24.240 and art. 1110 of the Civil and Commercial Code, you can cancel the purchase within 10 calendar days of delivery, with no reason given. The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging; we cover return shipping costs and refund the full amount paid. To exercise this right, email barcalisthenics.co@gmail.com with the subject "Purchase withdrawal."

6. Exchanges, returns, and warranty

Exchanges and returns are governed by our Return Policy. All products carry the legal warranty (Law 24.240) and a 2-year BÄR contractual warranty on structure and welds against manufacturing defects. The warranty doesn't cover damage from misuse, modifications, or normal wear of consumables (for example, grips).

7. Responsible use of the equipment

Calisthenics equipment involves physical effort. Respect the maximum loads listed for each product, check the assembly before each use, and train on stable surfaces. BÄR is not liable for damage resulting from use contrary to the instructions or from modifications to the product.

8. Intellectual property

The BÄR brand, the bear logo, and the site's photographs, text, and designs are owned by BÄR or used with authorization. They may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

9. Data protection

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be subject to the ordinary courts of the consumer's domicile, in accordance with consumer protection regulations. For questions or complaints, you can also contact the Consumer Protection Office in your jurisdiction.
