If It Doesn't Fit, We'll Fix It
Buying equipment remotely takes trust. Here are the rules, clear and with no fine print.
How to start a return
- Email us. To start a return, email barcalisthenics.co@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.
- Include in your email: the reason for the return; photos of the product showing the issue; and a photo of the welcome card that came with your product.
- We review your case and get you a solution as fast as possible: exchange, repair, or refund, as applicable.
Conditions
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all its components.
- You have 10 calendar days from delivery to cancel the purchase with no reason given (art. 34, Law 24.240). In that case, we cover the return shipping cost.
- Exchanges for manufacturing defects are covered by the 2-year warranty, at no cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and verify the product, we process the refund through the same payment method within 10 business days. If you'd rather, you can choose an exchange or a store credit for the full amount.
